Initially, I come across as quite a shy and quiet individual...however, when you get to know me (and I eventually come out of my shell), I like to think that I'm a lovely person, with a considerate heart who is fun to be around! I consider myself to be honest, respectful, caring, loyal and reliable.

I love music, all sorts really - my cd collection is quite eclectic and although some people may be quite embarrassed to own some of my collection, I am proud (a lot of those cheesy classics hold special memories)!! I play the piano and guitar. This is just for fun really at the moment but is something I would like to improve on at some point in the future. I love watching live music (again anything really) and especially like festivals, although it takes me much longer to recover than it used to!

Sports-wise, I'm quite a regular visitor to the gym, and really enjoy once I've got into it. I like to ski when I get the chance and also enjoy playing badminton. I follow the football and the rugby. and although I wouldn't describe myself as an avid fan I love all the big competitions and the atmosphere that comes along with them.

I like going out and spending time with my friends, especially eating out. I still go to nightclubs, but this is becoming increasingly infrequent (everyone is so young!) and I'm more likely to be found in nicer pubs or bars. I get on very well with my family and enjoy spending time with them too when I can.

Travelling is another interest and I like to use my annual leave as carefully as possible to get the best out of it.

Please bear in mind that I find the process of 'selling myself' very difficult, so although I have given it a go, I feel that I come across much better in person than I do on paper or screen (hope that doesn't sound too arrogant)!
